Chocolate Brownie
Ingrédients
- 125 g plain chocolate
- 100 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 1 c. à soupe vanilla essence
- 25 g cocoa powder
- 85 g plain flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. à café cinnamon (canelle) optionnel
Instructions

Pre-heat the oven to 180C

Melt butter au bain marie (double boiler - option du four). Place the chocolate, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon with the melted butter and heat until the ingredients have melted and combined. Remove from the heat.

Sift the flour and cocoa powder into the chocolate mixture and stir through.

Add the eggs one at a time beating after each addition. Set aside.

To assemble, pour the brownie mixture into a lined baking tin or dish. Spread to flatten the mixture.

Place it in the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until cooked.

Sprinkle icing sugar on top of the brownie before serving.
